3. User Accounts

To use Zcord automation triggers, you must connect your Instagram Business account via Facebook login permissions. You are solely responsible for maintaining credentials secure and audit logs generated from connected workflows.

4. Billing & Payments

Subscribing to Zcord plans authorizes our integrated billing gateways to charge your payment method. If a payment transaction fails but funds are deducted from your account, we will systematically investigate and process refunds within 5 working days.

5. Permitted & Prohibited Use

You agree to utilize Zcord automations under legal parameters, strictly respecting Meta API Policies. You must not configure comment-to-DM responder workflows that deliver spam, promote illegal content, impersonate entities, or bypass rate-limits maliciously.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All core dashboards, source codes, trademarks, layouts, and algorithms utilized on Zcord remains the exclusive intellectual property of Zcord Solutions LLP and are protected by Indian copyright and proprietary laws.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Zcord services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no guarantees that automation routes will function uninterrupted due to Meta API updates. We assume no liability for account suspensions or profile blocks resulting from aggressive automated trigger campaigns.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
